Springfield Clinic Pediatrics

M/E 1 provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering services for the ground-up 42,000 SF, two-story, state-of-the-art, Springfi eld Clinic Pediatrics facility. This facility has 48 exam rooms, radiology, and an interactive, open lobby and is due to open in the Fall of 2023.M/E 1 was part of an integrated project delivery team with Springfi eld Clinic, Farnsworth Group architects, Lawrence Group design, O’Shea Builders and sub-contractors. This collaborative approach used lean construction methods and allowed for faster delivery time, improved coordination, minimal RFIs, and reduced lead times on critical equipment.
