About
Kaitlin is a licensed engineer in three states and a Lighting Certified professional. She brings over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, specializing in lighting design, in a variety of project types including healthcare, higher education, research and life sciences, government, commercial, and more. She received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University. She is an adjunct professor at Maryville University, Vice Chair of the IES/ANSI Standard Publication RP-30 committee, and a Board Member for the Illuminating Engineering Society’s local section. With over 30 national and local speaking engagements she consistently kindles passion for evidence-based design. On our team, she fosters creative design and strong connections with clients.

120,197SF project area. Served as Electrical Engineer for developing a master plan for the 270-bed hospital. Designed passive, sustainable, and renewable energy resources to combat municipal rolling blackouts and pre-design surgeries by cell phone light. Responsible for power and lighting design.
