About

Scott is a licensed Professional Engineer who recently joined our team. He brings over 25 years of experience in a variety of areas, including HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas and fire protection design for hospitals, universities and industrial clients. He is a graduate from Missouri University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is also experienced in Quality Control reviews, included reviewing all project drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations for mechanical and plumbing work to minimize errors and omissions, reduce company liability, identify errors within company specifications or design procedures, and to help train younger engineers.

SPRINGFIELD CLINIC PEORIA ASC/RCC 

PEORIA, IL

Remodel of existing RCC/ASC building included:  Addition of new chiller and boiler plants, custom air handling units and rooftop units.  Building had unique challenges- building originally designed as a condominium- wood construction, wood roof trusses, no fire rated partitions.

MERCY HOSPITAL 

CASSVILLE, MO

Bulk oxygen system replacement- included 3,000-gallon main O2 tank and 500-gallon reserve O2 tank, vaporizer, fill station, and underground piping. Air handling unit fire- included replacing custom ~1,700 CFM roof mounted air handling unit serving surgery recovery area, ductwork, and duct cleaning procedures.  Fire damage included water damage to multiple areas below roof.

SPRINGFIELD CLINIC  

SPRINGFIELD, IL

New ~38,000 square foot, 4 story addition plus renovations to existing building.  Project involved- two new 20,000 CFM custom air handling units, boiler, pumps, and medical gas systems.  Spaces designed or renovated include MRI, radiology, nuclear medicine, fluoroscopy, administrative office areas, lobby areas, and café.  Two floors of the new building are designed for future OR spaces.
